Les films du FCVQ

Les films du FCVQ

The 13th Quebec City Film Festival (FCVQ) will set Quebec’s political capital ablaze from September 11 to 15, 2024!

For over a decade, the FCVQ has been celebrating cinema with the public from the Greater Quebec City area and Eastern Quebec. Bridging fiction and documentary, as well as local, national, and international films, the FCVQ is an event that brings together cinephiles and the general public for a festive and friendly gathering. The FCVQ aims to become the most civic-minded film event in the country, with an artistic program designed around five major issues of our time: identity, immigration, gender equality, the environment, and Indigenous narratives.

The 2024 edition of the festival will feature 140 films, including 105 short films, 11 dazzling films in competition, and several world premieres. It is also an opportunity to celebrate the cinematic creations of Quebec-based filmmakers, such as David Nadeau-Bernatchez, a director to whom Tënk is currently dedicating a focus!
