For more than ten years, the Festival de cinéma de la Ville de Québec (FCVQ) has offered the public of the Capitale-Nationale region and eastern Quebec a great celebration of cinema! From fiction to documentaries, from local to national and international cinema, the FCVQ is a festive and convivial event for the general public. While offering a wide-ranging program in state-of-the-art cinemas such as Le Diamant, the FCVQ makes films and their creators accessible in a simple, no-holds-barred way. With its series of free outdoor screenings on Place D'Youville, the FCVQ is part of the great tradition of popular events dear to Quebec City.

Old footage from 16mm film is scratched, drawn upon, and experimentally animated with a quantum dots solution. The film seems at first about sound, the moon, and exotic birds, but it is more about narration, experimentation, and playfulness.
An experimental animated film built around a single sound recording that evokes travel, the need to communicate, solitude, fragility, the desire for freedom, the arrival of fall, and our ephemeral existence.
