Situated between essay and experimentation, rubbing shoulders with reality, imagination, words, music and sensorialities, his work benefits from this hybridity where form is approached as resolution. Matthew Wolkow is one of the most original new voices in Quebec documentary cinema. A true alchemist of images and sounds, the young filmmaker has succeeded in making a series of sensitive and singular universes, close to the fable, where the poetry of reality is given to us to see and hear.
