REGARD, the International Short Film Festival in Saguenay, is one of the major events entirely dedicated to short films in Canada. Every year, the Festival showcases more than 200 films, including nearly fifty documentaries that punctuate the various thematic programs, the Official Competition, the Youth Competition, and the Focus Competition.
