Here you can request deletion of your account and associated data.
We will retain all transaction (payment) data related to your account.
We will delete all data related to your Tënk account from our database - whether on the Tënk web platform or on the Tënk TV applications.
This data includes your personal information (last name, first name, e-mail, address) as well as your usage data (videos viewed/read, number of viewing hours).
Once the data has been deleted from our back-office (database), there is no further retention period.
