Inés Sedan was born in La Plata, Argentina. She is an artist painter, film director, and clarinetist established in France where she works as animator and illustrator. Her first short as professional, "L’Homme qui dort" was selected in more than one hundred festivals, and received 26 awards worldwide, particularly the special Prize SBS, 8th prize Unifrance of the Short in Cannes 2010. Her second film, "Moi", got the second Prize to the Best Animation Short Film in the Underground film festival, New York. "The Song" ("El Canto"), her third film, was shown in competition in Hiroshima, Krok, Anima Mundi and at the Annecy festival. Her latest short film, "Love He Said" has been selected in more than 60 international festivals, including Clermont-Ferrand, Annecy, Zagreb and Krakow.
