Argentine-British artist filmmaker, Jessica Sarah Rinland’s work has been exhibited and screened in galleries, cinemas, film festivals and universities internationally. Her films, sculptures, installations and books explore the fluctuation of knowledge: how facts, and the way they are disseminated, develop and change over time. Natural history and science are reoccurring themes with her work, as well as the use of analogue formats, specifically 16mm film. She is currently an associate artist at Somerset House Studios and a member of the Film Study Center at Harvard University.
