Neozoon
Neozoon is a female artistic duo founded in 2009 in Berlin and Paris. Their actions and performances take place mainly in the public domain: on the streets of major cities, on the web, and in public institutions. Their artistic work is based on the principle of collage and re-contextualization of found footage and examines sociological issues dealing with speciesism in the Capitalocene. Neozoon's work has been shown at the Oberhausen International Short Film Festival, the Rotterdam International Film Festival, the ZKM Karlsruhe, the Centre Pompidou and the Videonale of the Bonn Art Museum.
