Nour Ouayda is a filmmaker, film critic, and programmer. After studying cinema in her native Montreal, she moved to Beirut to live and work. Ouayda is part of the editorial board of the online film journal Hors Champ. She is also the partnerships manager at the Metropolis Art Cinema in Beirut and a coordinator for the Cinémathèque Beirut project. Her films and writing research the practice of drifting in cinema. Alongside Mira Adoumier and Carine Doumit, she forms the collective Le Comité du Camélia.
