Philippe Dutilleul is a French-speaking Belgian journalist and documentary filmmaker. He is one of the directors of the flagship shows Tout ça (ne nous rendra pas le Congo) and Strip-Tease. He is part of the Belgian school of real cinema's tradition. On December 13, 2006, he stunned Belgium with a fictional report announcing the country's split: Bye-Bye Belgium. He has also signed a few books, including Un asile de flou nommé Belgique (2009) and On a tué ma mère with Nathalie De Reuck (2010).
