Video multi-instrumentalist, Thierry Sirois is a craftsman of the moving image. During the first part of his professional life as a colourist, he developed his love of colours. This mastery was then refined through projects in photo direction. Then, this artistic path led him to directing, where he pushes the limits of his creative ideas. Lending importance as much to form as to substance, Thierry develops a single working method on his projects, where the two hemispheres of his brain collaborate: ont he one hand, he uses his analytical, theoretical and meticulous capacities; on the other, he plays with colours, light, and volumetric vision. Today, it is in documentary filmmaking that he has finally found the perfect balance. Encountering the Human, knowledge, the truth: this is his lifeblood for 6 years now with the production companies Casadel films and Club Video, of which he is one of the founders. He now leads dedicated teams, in search of knowledge, through projects on a human scale.
