Cris Lyra is a filmmaker and cinematographer based in São Paulo, Brasil. She worked as a cinematographer for short films, television series and four features: Chão by Camila Freitas, Lembro Mais Dos Corvos by Gustavo Vinagre, Para'i by Vinicius Toro and Resplendor by Claudia Nunes and Erico Rassi. In 2015, she directed Um Homem Satisfeito (A Pleased Man) with Bruno Cucio. Quebramar (2019) is her second short film and it has won prizes in festivals in Brazil and abroad, including Best Documentary at Clermont-Ferrand in 2020.
