Comité de femmes Puakuteu

Puakuteu is a non-profit organization working in the aboriginal community of Mashteuiatsh and promoting projects for women and youth. The organization was created in 2012, following the mobilization of a group of women from the community who wanted to raise awareness and commemorate the history and legacy of the Canadian Indian residential school system. To pay tribute to residential school survivors, their descendants and their families.
