Laura Faerman has been working as a documentarist, researcher, and curator for the past 20 years. In 2014, Faerman worked as an audiovisual researcher at the Indigenous National Truth Commission. With Marina Weis, she created the six 26-minute episode series _Dangerous Memory which investigates the extermination policy of the Brazilian State against indigenous populations during the civil-military dictatorship._ She curated the exhibitions Passion of Memory and Truth Game – Documentaries by Peter Watkins. She currently works at The Agribusiness Watch, a main reference in the Brazilian independent media on the political power of agribusiness.
