Manuel Orhy Piron is a filmmaker based in Montreal. He holds a certificate in screenwriting and a bachelor's degree in cinema from UQAM. During his studies, he developed a strong interest in writing, directing and editing. Completed in 2024, Retracing Their Steps is his first documentary film and earned him the Soirée de la relève Radio-Canada Award.
