Olha Zhurba is a Ukrainian filmmaker whose first short fiction film Dad’s Sneakers premiered in the short competition at Locarno Film Festival in 2021 and won Best Ukrainian Short and FIPRESCI awards at the Odessa Film Festival and the National Film Critics Award Kinokolo. Zhurba is also an editor for award-winning documentary films like Home Games (2018) and This Rain Will Never Stop (2020).
