Ulivia Uviluk
Ulivia Uviluk lives between Montreal and Kangirsuk, Nunavik. She is passionate about fashion and in her first shot as a director with Wapikoni Mobile, Ulivia wanted to demonstrate the beauty of Inuit winter clothes. She learned to master traditional craft techniques and her beaded Amauti was exhibited at the fifth edition of The Contemporary Native Art Biennial (BACA) in 2020. Ulivia also promotes the mandate and values of Wapikoni through coordinating awareness-raising workshops. In 2018, she directed Wearing My Culture followed by Not Just a MMIW in 2019.
