Yuri Ancarani is an Italian video artist and filmmaker. His work blends documentary cinema and contemporary art, emerging from an immersive approach in which he explores rarely seen aspects of everyday life by engaging with them firsthand. His works have been showcased in major institutions and events such as MoMA, Art Basel, and the Centre Pompidou, and have been selected by numerous international film festivals, including TIFF, Locarno, and Cinéma du Réel.
