Luc Peter is a Swiss filmmaker born in 1963. After studying Political Science at the University of Geneva (BA in 1986, MA in 1989), Luc Peter studied filmmaking at the l'Ecole Cantonale d'Art de Lausanne, graduating as a director at the DAVI in 1994. From 1991 to 1996, he worked as an assistant director and location manager for several films, including Jean-Luc Godard’s feature-length film "Oh Woe is Me" Krzysztof Kieslowski’s "Three Colours: Red", Nadia Farès’ "Honey and Ashes" and Christine Pascal’s "Le Petit Prince a Dit". Since 1995, Luc Peter has directed and produced a number of documentaries.
